Ahead of the 288th edition of the Battle of Comm Ave. this Friday, columnist Belle Fraser caught up with former Terrier great Colby Cohen who will be broadcasting the matchup in this week's edition of Off the Post.
Belle Fraser, in this weeks edition of Off the Post, spoke to Mollie Walker. Walker is a beat reporter at the New York Post covering the New York Rangers. Walker discovered her love for sports journalism at the University of Massachusetts Amherst, where she covered the ice hockey team from when they were unknown to their Hockey East championship and NCAA championship final loss.
Corbett noted that social media has also played a major impact on the sport — both good and bad. Because of social media, people are now more easily able to follow hockey, Corbett said, and just having the coverage is a great thing for the sport.
