Saquon Barkley carried the ball six times Sunday. Last season, he averaged more than triple that in a game. Despite just a four-point loss to the Denver Broncos on Sunday, the Philadelphia Eagles are clearly missing something.

Inside the Pocket: Tom Brady: Analyst or owner?

By Olivia Barrett, DFP Columnist September 24, 2025
Is Tom Brady cheating again? Long after the days of “Deflategate” and “Spygate,” Brady can’t seem to escape the constant discussion of whether or not he’s playing by his own rules.

The Extra Point: Maybe Daniel Jones’ holy grail was in Indiana this whole time

By Anthony Gasowski, DFP Columnist September 23, 2025
In 2019, the New York Giants drafted quarterback Daniel Jones sixth overall in hopes of him becoming their next franchise star to succeed Eli Manning. But after amassing 73 touchdowns, 47 interceptions and making the playoffs just once, it was clear the first round pick was not producing the desired results the franchise wanted.
